From the onset of creating your facility, our Architects, Interior Designers, Facility Programmers and Retail & Banking Consultants listen intently to understand your vision, strategic business objectives, desired image, and your organizational structure and staffing. In turn, our experienced team begins to translate these verbal and written images into design elements and characteristics that will be incorporated in the design solution. A program manual is then produced that will serve as both the foundational tool to use as the design process commences and to establish a scope from which to define the budget.

ARCHITECTURE, INTERIOR DESIGN & ENGINEERING

A successful design process is progressive and evolving. It is the result of continual refinement and interaction with you and these three integral disciplines. To make certain we stay on target with your goals, budget and objectives, we schedule regular meetings to ensure the design is meeting your expectations and desires.

In addition, CROSSFIELDS recommends that a fourth dimension be added to the design and engineering process. Pre-Construction Project Management Services are available to further guarantee budget compliance, assure the use of optimum construction practices and installation techniques, and confirm the use and availability of desired construction materials.

GRAPHIC & MERCHANDISING CONSULTING

This process begins by analyzing your historical image, foundational philosophies, new business objectives, and the degree to which you want to alter your current image or brand. Whether you desire a subtle use of marketing graphics and displays or a complete retail lobby comprised of wall murals, banners, and electronic displays; this service provides you the necessary foundation and education to make informed decisions. As a result, we provide a written proposal outlining a list of recommendations and associated budgets for your consideration along with a list of next steps.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGEMENT

To maximize your investment and provide an added level of expertise during the design and engineering development process, this service is provided in conjunction with Architectural, Interior Design and Engineering Services. It requires the selection and involvement of a CROSSFIELDS recommended or approved general contractor.

CROSSFIELDS orchestrates, consults and manages the entire project team to ensure:

• budget compliance without compromising the quality or design
• scrutiny of the use of material and installation methods
• the team holds accountable to the schedule

CROSSFIELDS keeps you up-to-date and informed of the project’s budget and progress, as well as being your source for recommendations or alternative solutions through the process. The result is a superior value-engineered project delivered on time.
